With this in mind, RocketLease.com offers landlords a simple and efficient way to accept rental applications online, without bringing a single scrap of paper into the process. As a landlord, you simply create an account, enter some facts about your vacant unit and you’re on your way. We’ll provide you with a url that you can give to potential applicants, then they’ll go online and fill out the application that you have customized. Through RocketLease.com you’ll be able to track each application as it comes in through our elegant custom dashboard. You can easily and quickly sort, accept and reject each application without ever having to worry about misplacing or misfiling those applications that you want to keep track of.
If you’re a potential renter, we’re streamlining the process for you, too! We know that it’s more than a pain to fill out application after application and have to hand deliver them to each landlord. With Rocket Lease, you can complete all your information from home and send it to your new landlord easily and instantly.
Sending and receiving rental applications through the Rocket Lease service is completely secure. We will never have access to the applicants sensitive data and our site is encrypted using bank level security so that anyone who isn’t meant to see your information won’t see it.
In addition to online rental applications, Rocket Lease offers tenant screening services to landlords who want the peace of mind that comes with checking the history and background of potential tenants. We use information provided by applicants to check their credit, criminal history, eviction history as screening for a history of bad checks with Telecheck.
Finally, once all the applications have been submitted and you’ve found the perfect tenant (or the perfect apartment) Rocket Lease also offers online leasing services, which includes secure electronic signatures through DocuSign, meaning you can complete the entire rental process without putting a single pen to paper.
